  1. The title gives the impression that it is more of an excuse than it is. I know, it’s an excuse, but he knows it’s an improvement he’ll have to make because others have done well in similar situations.

  2. Ads/logos that are slick are nothing new. Wanderlei slipped during his arrival, I recall.

It’s ridiculous that fighters have to be aware of what they’re walking on during a fight.

  3. This may be real, but Aljo’s takedown attempts in the fight were mostly a waste of time. The majority of them were not hidden by punches and were not well timed in response to Yan advances. He just reached down, arms outstretched, for them.

I believe Aljo has the ability to defeat Yan, but he will need to tweak his plan and tactics.

  4. Lmaoooo I despise this guy more and more every time he speaks. It’s got to be one of the biggest stumbles for someone that everybody was so hyped about.

  5. It’s a load of nonsense. In the same cage, how many times did Yan defeat Sterling? Sterling can probably develop his wrestling and judo skills.

  6. It’s nuts how the fight’s crowd favorite challenger can win by obvious DQ and do it so poorly that everyone hopes he gets KTFO in the rematch.

Yan is a jerk, and I’m hoping he stomps on Sterling.

Furthermore, “FunkMaster” is a cringe-worthy title. surname

  7. Marcelo Garcia gave a great interview about his last ADCC run, in which he showed up, realized the mats were smooth as hell, and decided to sit guard from the start of every bout.

  8. Anyone else on the card didn’t seem to have a problem? Damn, I must have overlooked the part about the cage workers lubricating the mat.

  9. Yan didn’t want to land the DQ knee, either. Petr’s knee was in the way of Aljo’s head, so he actually slipped on the canvas and tried to stay balanced.
