No. 6 in his own division and No.15 in P4P. That makes sense…

  1. I think Aljamain Sterling’s inclusion is also strange; having your butt kicked in the face and winning a DQ makes you one of the greatest p4p warriors on the planet? I like Sterling and, like many others, I remember the murderers row of fighters he had to defeat to get his title shot, but even I can admit that he doesn’t belong there.

  2. I’m sure Dana just agreed to Khabib’s now-month-long retirement because he heard he might get his boyfriend back on the P4P list.

  3. These rankings are completely useless. OK, Izzy was above Jan in P4P when he was only handily defeated by Jan. Even Aljo’s name appears on the chart. Gaethje has been dubbed a top ten male p4p warrior. It’s absurd to have Jon Jones as the new number one.

The fact that three 155ers are in the P4P top 15 and none of them are competing for the vacant belt demonstrates the UFC’s internal inconsistency.

  4. Rankings by LW:

    Dustin is number one.

    Gaethje is number two.

    Oliveira, no. 3

    Chandler is number four.

    Tony is number five.

    Conor is number six.

So Oliveira should be higher than Rob or Yan, Chandler should be higher than Yan or Ngannou, and Tony should be higher than Ngannou or Aljo for accuracy.

  5. Connor is a big-headed jerk who is incapable of fighting. He’s a turd and a hype guy. There are so many more deserving warriors than him. “But he sells pay-per-view!” PPV, of course, the same technology that revolutionized at-home pornography in 1995.

  6. For the P4P ranking, I believe they would consider Connor’s victories in the featherweight division. But I’m just guessing; I have no idea.

  7. Conor is a delusion machine, and some of what he does on Twitter is absolutely insane from an MMA standpoint. Is Khabib avoiding him? yikes, yikes, yikes, yikes, yikes, y His supporters are just as delusional as he is.

    Stupid.

  8. While I understand that the UFC is unconcerned about the legitimacy of the rankings, seeing Mcgregor near the p4p is a disgrace to them.

And I’m well aware that “the UFC does not make the rankings.” It’s funny how they always seem to turn out just the way the UFC wants them to.

  9. It doesn’t matter how much the UFC sucks off Connor because the last person he beat was a washed up cowboy, the most overrated guy in the sport. Downvote me if you like, but Connor gets defeated by every top contender at 155 and 170 pounds.

  10. Conor is credited for both creating and saving the sport.

But, in my opinion, he completely ruined the sport. You should no longer take the P4P List seriously.

  11. P4P was never logical; just look at how they act as if Jon Jones deserves to be number one despite losing or almost losing to Reyes and Santos.

  12. Conor’s presence in this room over Colby Covington is absurd. But for Jones and Dustin, no non-champion deserves to be in here more.
