  1. If I had to choose between Jon and Dana, I’d go with Jon. They both have a history of lying, but Dana has a pattern of lying about one thing in particular over and over.

The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

  2. If I had to choose between Jon and Dana, I’d go with Jon. They both have a history of lying, but Dana has a pattern of lying about one thing in particular over and over.

  3. I’ve said it before, but Dana would rather rerun the WORST FIGHT OF ALL TIME than pay the supposed GOAT Jon Jones for one of the most awaited heavyweight title fights in history.

  4. Jon mentioned a number in addition to ppv points.

Dana factored in mcgregor numbers in the math.

It was estimated that 27.6 million people liked it.

“Jon was looking for $30 million,” Dana said.

  5. But don’t look over here at the reddit machine… instead, go check out Dana White’s post a few lines down about Jon Demanding $30m… the most upvoted post essentially agrees with Dana and says Jon is insane for looking for this and to move on…

Dana the scumbag in this thread… on this article…

  6. I have the impression that we are being duped in some way. Everything about this strangely public negotiation doesn’t feel right. It’s like some Vince McMahon backstage nonsense. Shelby is half-expecting to walk in with a chair to Dana’s back and hang the suitcase of money, along with the belt, from the ceiling.

  7. Jon was caught in Dana’s net. Now Jon Jones will have to come up with an even smaller figure that will be considered a high figure, and Dana will be able to negotiate down to 5-15 million dollars. Jon made a rookie error.

  8. And if he did ask for $30 million, why is that such a bad thing? Dana’s public handling of these negotiations is hilarious.

“This guy was demanding a third of what he would earn if he were a boxer rather than an MMA fighter. Isn’t that incredible?”

Is he under the impression that this makes his business look good?

  9. ‘Jones,’ I say “They offered me ten million dollars, which I thought was too low; it should be at least two or three times more. However, I never said 30 million dollars. Dana is a deceiver.”
